yet another update

well this is just going to be a quick update cause im waiting for the darn video to finish uploading.
3 freaking hours, i dont believe it.
for a video that is barely 2 minutes long?!
anyway i decided to upload the video of me and dionne's last full dress rehearsal because it really rocked, we were so in sync i couldnt believe it.
unfortunately we couldnt duplicate that in-syncness for the actual competition (plus the video taking kind of sucked! couldnt see the overall look of the choreo and the spotlight moving around made it look so messy) so im not going to upload those.
well anyway, whilst we are all patiently waiting for youtube to do its thang, let me just do a quick update because i am so curious as to what everyone else has been doing all this time that maybe, by revealing MY own doings, it'd spur everyone else to reveal what THEY have been doing too!
but actually what ive been doing can be summed up in a single word.
dancing.
taking classes almost everyday and going for this performance or that competition.
its been really fun, and sounds like a lot but actually all kind of happens after like 6pm.
i dont know, its like dancing is a night activity.
so ive been kind of bumming around in the mornings and afternoons until i decided to get an internship to fill up that time, which starts after new year's.
it pays measly but apparently money is not the point here.
(the point is to LEARN, apparently.)
(translated it just means you have to build up your CV by sounding as if you HAVE learnt something because you took an INTERNSHIP as opposed to a job, whilst in actual fact the only things you probably WILL learn is where to get the best coffee for your boss and how to unjam the photocopier.)

im just in it for the officewear, really.
its so fun to get to dress up everyday in the smart blouses and heels and stuff and walk around pretending to be a successful and sophisticated businessperson.
but before all THAT is HONG KONG with xen for the hong kong salsa festival!!!
for the first time im going with them overseas for the entire festival experience.
heck, its the first entire-festival-experience i'd have had because the rest of the time im either held back by school or parents.
and now there's NO SCHOOL!
(i dont mention no parents because - unbelievably! - they are following me to hong kong. on 'business'. but since we're not staying in the same hotel - hallelujah - and my phone doesnt have roaming they wont be much of a hindrance.)
so that, in a nutshell, is what ive been doing all this time.
can everyone else tell me what they've been doing now so that my kaypohness can be satisfied?
damn video is yet to be done.

i shall go and eat something first.
yes it is finally done!
unfortunately we didnt do the front. but it wasnt very interesting anyway, it was basically us both trying to seduce ronald until dionne pushes me down (because he obviously likes me more right) and we go into the cool pose you see at the start.
