due to the lingering post-holiday depression and early morning grumpiness, i was pondering about my future, which, as far as i can see, is filled with days and days of dragging-myself-out-of-bed-at-the-best-time-of-the-day-to-sleep-and-putting-on-uniform.

this i found very very depressing.

but i was a LITTLE consoled when i saw the teachers, because THEY have been and will be going through that routine their whole life (minus the uniform part), whereas i will be able to get out of it in about 3 and a half years.

and their said lives are so stressful and sadistic that they will probably end up dying early.

HA. so there.

anyway, i then decided that i wouldnt want a sucky job like that, and thus made up a job criteria for myself.

here goes.

1) at least MILDLY active, no sitting in the office all day glaring at the computer screen.

2) no office wear required, like business suits or starched, itchy, long-sleeved blouses, which will just be like another uniform.

3) no boring 9-5 hours, but no insane, middle-of-night calls like the emergency surgeons have either.

4) very good pay.

5) nothing to do with maths, like accounting and engineering and blah.

6) preferably something that can be done OUT of offices.

7) also preferably something connected to the media, so i wont get all excited over one second of being on tv and get my whole family to tape that one second, which probably just makes all those tv anchorpeople laugh.

which leads me to the conclusion that the is probably no job for me. oh well.

anyway, today we had a change of seats, again. the butt just loooooves playing god, doesnt she? well all of us landed in less-than-desirable positions, which is not surprising.

tan min is now situated at the extreme left of the classroom while junhui and i are on the extreme right. zhuqing and yz are somewhat in the middle, but not in the same row.

trust the sadistic butt to give arrangements like that.

well ta.
