stupid tiger

its quite annoying to think that at this point of time my cousins could be at tokyo disneyland.

TOKYO disneyland!

(well maybe not at THIS EXACT POINT of time because its 12am singapore time meaning 1am japan time, but u get my drift.)

and im here being frustrated by the many many things im supposed to do and choreos i have to come up with (apparently yanqing didnt think our solo parts in the choreo were good enough) which reminds me of the fact that im really, really, not creative.

i take one million years to invent a move, another million years tinkering with it trying to get the best out of it and yet ANOTHER million years taking videos of it just so i can convince myself that i HAVE gotten the best out of it.

so it'd take me approximately 3 million years to come up with a choreo.

and the darn performance(s) are like, in a few days.

plus i seem to always be the designated song-mixer.

i am not geek enough to enjoy staring at all the squiggly wavelengths yet, really.

anyway, there is a sudden obsession with splits going on in xen these days.

i dont really know why but everytime i go i end up being in a split (front AND centre) for at least 5 minutes, put together.

which was fun initially, because by now all of us can split like nobody's business and the stretch becomes more of a comfortable type instead of a pull-hair-out-in-agony type, until yanqing pushed me a little too far on an unfamiliar position and i pulled something in my inner thighs.

waddling in on the second day the horror of finding out i had to do it AGAIN was complete when i tried going down and realized just how low my pain threshold was.

but i didnt want to appear chicken so i went down anyway, albeit very very slowly, ignoring the uncooperative muscles which had bunched up into a tight painful ball in protest and refused to be stretched.

unfortunately i didnt get a chance to coax them out of protest because today, TODAY, we had to do it AGAIN, TWICE, and with leg propped up on chair.

normally i would have found it quite fun and beneficial because the chair thing stretches you more for an oversplit but with abovementioned uncooperative muscles not wanting to stretch enough for even a normal, nothing-special split the thought of oversplitting was just horrendous.

buuuut u just cant NOT do it so i did it anyway and i have a feeling the pulled muscles just got from bad to worse.

the very very worst thing?

we're going to do it again tomorrow, im sure.

urgh.
