i do not understand the concept of power naps.
or rather just the 'power' part of it.
after getting forcefully awoken from a lovely doze, i didnt feel refreshed or energized.
i felt more inclined to walk the plank, jump from the top of the building, any other gruesome things u can think of, than getting up.
that is, if i could do whatever it is without getting up first.
what's more my horrible interruption happened right smack in the middle of REM sleep.
now i'd never know what my insane sleep-addled brain would have come up with to end the dream story.
bet you'd love to know what i was dreaming about, wouldnt you?
