ugh i wrote a perfectly wonderful entry that somehow disappeared into thin air. wonderful.

anyway i shall just summarize what i said just now. welll.

on saturday the dance teacher recommended us (that would b me tan min dionne yz) to pick up salsa, and not just the once-in-a-week, dancing for fun track, but the semi-pro lessons that train us for competitions. this all sounded well and good till she told us that we would b required to go back THRICE a week for intensive training. RIGHT.

how are 4 studious sec 3s with ccas, commitments and dogs supposed to accomplish THAT?

anyway i dont really see the use of learning salsa. i mean its more of social dance used during formal social gatherings which we have not and will most likely not attend for some time yet. plus its a 2-person dance, so you cant practice or perform as and when you please.

but i suppose it WOULD b fun to try it out.

oh well we'd just see how it goes.

well after the lesson my family went to the Ms house for david's birthday party. which was strange because he blew out the candles and cut the cake before everyone had gotten their cameras ready, hm.

i spent most of the time playing with the Ms, david and sean. it wasnt really my first choice of entertainment but there werent many other options.

then sunday. apparently im the least tanned person amongst all the other sec 3s who had gone for adventure camp, how very strange. i didnt really get to use the sunblock much, but i didnt turn out all black and peeling like toothead aka dora or tiffany.

dora observed some funny behaviour between some fellow churchgoers, haha. and the aiss guy had st margaret's secondary on his shirt this time, how hilarious.

you get to notice a lot, sitting behind a group of people for a loooong few hours.

after the service dora went craaaazy over seed again. honestly this obsession of hers is really getting very weird! it was like her life revolved around seed, the way all her sentences seemed to somehow b related to him.

i didnt do the dare again because there wasnt an oppurtunity. and the reward drops another $4.

on the way to tanko or however you spell it we came across this really skinny, half-grown cat who was pitifully picking at some leftover rice at hotspot. it seemed quite tame so i picked it up, intending to bring it over to church to get it something to eat, but the ungrateful thing kept kicking me and ppl kept staring, so i just let it go in the end.

dora and i tried to buy some cat food from some of the convenience stores but NONE of them stocked any. they're supposed to sell EVERYTHING, that's why their called convenience stores! sheesh.

after that we went back to church and met up with weihua, shoes and her sister. we occupied the room next to the english service ppl and spent some time annoying them, and ourselves, by banging on the wall and listening to the answering bang.

then we got bored doing that and decided to help shoes's sister with her homework, which was SUCH a hilarious affair. what she had to do with fill in the blanks with any word she wanted to. the worksheet sort of went like that:

What i remember most about Primary Three is _________. I like ________ and ________ and am quite good at _______.

something like that. so we filled up the blanks with ridiculous things like burping, farting and snorting, which is actually correct, in a sense. if only homework now was like that.

wow ive really outdone myself. i think this is my longest entry yet.
