in another 40 minutes it will b tan min's birthday.
happy birthday to her 40 minutes in advance.
the bio paper today turned out to b surprisingly simple, though that of course might just b a decoy by the teachers to lead the student into complacency. then they'd POP something weird out and fail everyone.
during recess me, yz and dionne tried out the crazy dizzy spinning thing again, a current favourite. self-torture, it is, but at least its fun self-torture.
then after school amanda, dionne and i went to tan min's house at a last minute decision to suddenly celebrate her birthday. weird, really.
we went to her house, played o2jam (as usual) then went to the clubhouse to play badminton and table tennis. dionne seemed to b in a very enthusiastic mood and spent half the time giggling and laughing away, ha.
playing badminton in a squash court turned out to b surprisingly difficult, so we abandoned it to practice salsa, and of course the crazy dizzy spinning thing. dionne taught a new, horrendously strenuous ending pose, which i finally FINALLY sort-of mastered after eons of trying it. now she's thinking of becoming a dance teacher and CHARGING for her services, haha.
what was supposed to b a simple house visit turned out to b quite a big get-together by tan min's relatives when we went to pizza hut for her birthday dinner. they ordered a whole lot of food and then an iced-to-the-limit cake. tan min was sposed to stand up whilst we sang the birthday song but she refused to do so, tsktsk.
argh ss project at EIGHT am tomorrow.
