mid year crisis

mid years are a killer.
this is the single worst exam ive ever had.
that meaning the single least prepared exam i have sat for.
not counting those silly common tests of nan hua which counted for nothing.
i seriously did the BARE MINIMAL of revision (in fact for chem it wasnt even the bare minimal) and just hoped to smoke through everything!
but of course in jc that does not happen anymore (except for gp and chinese which dont count).
i am really appalled at myself!
at this rate i will fail promos and be retained.
and yet here i am blogging when i have maths tomorrow.
its just this new dont-carish attitude which is appalling.
i shall now swear an oath to never be this unprepared again!!!
but of course that's what i always say when i have plenty of time before the exam, which then causes me to slack off until the crucial period where i then start killing myself cramming.
but this time i didnt feel like killing myself over this random stupid exam which is only afterall 15% of the overall grade.
must be the holiday mood.
but now i must do fantastically well for promos to get by.
on the plus side that is months and months away.
ha.
