the line between compliment and....not-so-complimentary is very fine.
when someone says you're fair, that is a compliment.
if it goes on to white, then it is no longer a compliment.
when someone giggles when you do something, it probably means you're funny and that's a compliment.
if that someone starts guffawing into her sandwich and holding her stomach then its probably not good.
but one thing is very very clear though.
it is NEVER EVER GOOD when someone takes a candid shot of you and the picture turns out somehow with you looking transclucent, and your so-called friends get so tickled they decide to bluetooth it everywhere.
