i havent blogged for quite a while, so on behalf of dora, i shall post an entry.

let's see. what happened recently?

sunday:

i shant say that church was boring again, because its a given. one bit of infuriating news reached my ears, though. moron deng hui wants to arrange our rooms for us this church camp! that particular moron is going to get a nasty shock. i am NOT tolerating such a belittling act.

after the sermon, we had this weird game. i guess it was meant to b something like a card game, only much more boring. that's the word shaoer/ertong is built on.

we were supposed to hunt for answers to many stupid questions, eg, how many braids were in samson's hair. first of all, who cares? so the guy was a sissy. big deal.

anyway, i didnt really want to waste time slogging through all that tiny chinese script in the bible, so dora and i just borrowed the answers from the nearby people. we DID return them, so its under the catergory of borrowing.

unfortunately, my team which consists of dora and myself achieved the lowest marks, even after i memorised TWO verses (because that scatterbrain dora gave me the wrong verse the first time).

but at least we didnt have to frantically flip through the pages of the bible, frantically copy down answers, frantically shout for the teacher and frantically yell out the answers, which was what ps and hl's team did. haha.

after that we went to bugis, because dora and co. wanted to find weiling. they found her in the end, and we discovered something interesting. all the shopkeepers in that particular store walked around sullenly with their hands behind their backs. maybe its part of their uniform or something. we tried to copy their pose but didnt quite achieve that same look.

after that we went to a cd shop, where dora went nuts trying to find vcds to buy. she decided on johnny english and some weird movie named little rats in the end, due to hl's recommendation. one thing led to another, and soon they were planning a movie-marathon-slumber-party. i still wonder how they made the leap.

so anyway, i found out that my wallet wasnt with me wen i got back to church, which left me totally broke. i settled down for the long wait for my sister's rescue, but thankfully fifi(sean) passed, or rather, ran by and i was able to borrow 55 cents. i wonder why he was running, because he abruptly stopped, walked back and sat down on a chair after i hailed him. weird.

i went to the doctor's today. turns out the stupid cream the other doctor gave me had been burning away my upper skin, causing the rash. and right on my cheeks, too. i got strange looks all throughout yesterday and today. i probably looked like i was permanently flushed.

im leaving for china tomorrow. apparently its only 8 degree celcius down there, how disappointing. i was hoping for something like -50.

a very very long entry.
