I realize that when group A people are mean to me I start reflecting the meanness I receive to group B people, who are completely innocent.

strangely it seems that when people treat me in a way I would not treat them, I get confused and end up treating others the way i get treated.
which doesn't make sense because I hate how I'm treated.
I need to hang around kind lovely magnanimous people more.
