first day in total freedom. for this year, anyway.
i went to watch corpse bride with yz.
it wasnt really that nice. depressing, it was, what with all the dark settings and all. comedic, it wasnt. plus it was kinda amazing how quickly those fictional characters fell in love. i mean 2 minutes and they're smitten. weird... the ending was strange too. the corpse bride turned in2 butterflies. now why didnt she do that sooner? in fact, why didnt all the ghosts do that? why did they still want to stick around? unrealistic.
after that i bought this magic bean stalk thing. its some soil in a can, and is supposed to grow into a plant in 5-7 days. the plant would amazingly have some numbers imprinted in its leaves, for its owner to use in toto. dots. i would have preferred the ones that grew words but those were more expensive.
i wanted to get the mix-and-match bracelet things at northern light after that, but they were way too expensive. 6 for $2! 6 is such a measly amount. those bracelets are meant to b bought by the dozen, or they'd just look weird.
weird seems to b my favourite word nowadays.
