after only one practice with tamil i can understand why angela panics whenever she hears the black mambo song now.
it really has the ability to strike fear into your heart.
even just the opening notes! so scary and sinister, the trumpet sound.
and its so bloody fast i felt like i had to clench my entire body just so i could move fast enough to be in time with the music.
i suppose that's why ivy said my face looked 'constipated'.
im sorry i couldnt help it, its like telling a weightlifter 'gee couldnt you smile and look happy whilst you lift that thingy twice your body weight?'

after that was the fashion show rehearsal.
before she assigned me the belly costume letitia asked me if my parents were going to be there.
after i wore it i realized why.
but yea how often do you get to wear just a sequinned bra and belt with sequinny things hanging off it and walk around without getting arrested?
not sure why you would want to in the first place but still.
